Bummer! It appears that Office Depot is, in fact, buying Office Max. This is sad on a personal level for me because Office Max lets you “roll” your rewards, and Office Depot doesn’t.
I only did the Office Max deals because I could pay with previous rewards and still earn some. Good thing for stockpiles; I won’t need paper or batteries for a very long time.
