I don’t know why the video is so small! If you want to view it better, go here to Youtube and click on Full Screen – view the full screen button here if you don’t know where it is.   I really don’t know much about video editing, and this is my first video on my new camera so hopefully before I upload my next one someone can point me in the right direction! 🙂

Please leave a comment letting me know if you eat potatoes three or more meals a week -not counting french fries- I know I do! My grandpa is a potato farmer in Idaho, so we ate potatoes at least 3 dinners a week growing up.  Still today, I make potatoes quite often (well I do get them for free from my grandpa!) and my husband, well… he does get tired of them!

So it’s great to have an alternative.

My meatloaf is honestly the best I’ve ever had – and it only takes 5 ingredients!

Deidre’s Famous Meatloaf

1 pound ground beef
1 box Kraft Stove Top dressing
1 cup water
1 cup celery (or about 2 stalks)
1 cup your favorite barbecue sauce

Mix all ingredients together except only do 1/2 cup barbecue sauce.  Put in bread pan lined with tin foil and then pour the rest of the barbecue sauce on top.  Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until meatloaf is not pink anymore in the center.

If you are going to make it, don’t forget to print the $.50/1 coupon on the Stove Top Facebook page – click on Coupon.

This post is part of the Stove Top Un-Potato contest for bloggers – read the rules.  I received compensation for participation in the “Un-Potato” campaign from Kraft Foods, but this in no way influenced the recipe I posted which I actually make about once per month! #unpotatofest
