    Shopping trip took place at Walgreens and CVS… all the Dove products were free with coupons and ECB/RRs… as was the toothpaste… I ended up paying $3.26 for everything and got $6 ECB/RR back. AWESOME week!

    I hope this is recent enough to qualify but although only for a few items this has been my largest percentage off in many years. I am just getting back into couponing and my actual best trip was in 1990 at a Giant Eagle in Bossier City, LA.

    You can get these at walgreens for $0.99 with in ad coupon coupon that with $0.80/1 manufacture coupon making them only $0.19 each. I bought 4 of these for a total of $.76 plus tax.

    Total OOP – 9.92 and got the 5.00 gift card!

    That is a cost of just 4 cents per diaper! And as a special bonus, the Jeans diapers each had a $2.00 off coupon in them! :)

    free hand sanitizer(was in the paper)
    (2) $.75/2 bags m & m’s

    all coupons were doubled so cat food was free, hand sanitizer was free, each bag of twizzlers was $.50 and the m & m’s were $.49 for each 2 bags.

    This was my first experience couponing EVER, and I must say Walgreens wasn’t as scary as I was told it would be! I was a little bummed that the store didn’t have a few items I was going to use to make my cost go down a bit, but all in all I think it was an awesome trip considering I have never couponed before and had so few coupons when I went in. I spent $7.69 for 2 8pks of Tampons, 2 Irish Spring Deodorants, 4 packs of Scrunci hair elastics and 1 filler Key Chain. Retail price was $18.33 for a grand total of 42% Savings! This is NOT counting the $4.50 in RR I got! =D

    It is very difficult in my town to get great buys: Freds doubles up to 6 coupons, and only on Saturdays up to $0.70. Piggly Wiggly doubles up to $0.50. I did this shopping trip without any doubling and have been couponing since June. The cashier and manager at Walmart were amazed! $124 alone at Walmart and only spent $44.95 there.

    I had 5 seperate transactions 2 at rite aid and 3 at cvs which helped alot in my savings I got 198 dollars worth of merch for just 43 bucks!! including 2 pairs of the kids sunglasses at rite aid with their video values coupon for 5.00 off each pair !! and 10 bottles of wet and wild nail polish was bogo and i have 3 girls so they love that ..hard to shop for bbay boy with coupons lol ….
