Catalinas at Kmart do roll, but they must have a filler item or they will beep! Sometimes they don’t roll because the catalina will have a date to use that is in the future, i.e. you can’t use it for another week.
Filler Items at Kmart? What? If you are buying 3 items, and have coupons for those 3 items, plus you want to pay with a catalina, you will need a “filler item” to attach it to. A pack of gum or any other item!
