Yes people should only be able to get one can per person. Maybe they are having their kids get one free too? Speaking of which, when I was there last time at Checkout they handed me a coloring page for my daughter with a coupon for a free ice cream sandwich on it if she colored it. I was going to post that people need to remind their cashiers to ask for these if the cashiers forget to give it to you.
