This list will be updated throughout the week as I find more deals.
Here are the best deals that I found this week at Meijer. The Meijer stores in my area don’t have double coupons, so these prices reflect that. You’re deals will be even better at stores that double. Also prices do vary from region to region so make sure to check your local ad.

In the video I show my long-term food storage in #10 cans. It goes 3 rows back and most cans last between 10 -30 years, so I don’t have to rotate it too often. I have been working on it for 3 years. The best time to get #10 can food cheap is at Macey’s sale every 3-4 months.
I also have some 45 gallon buckets of wheat I couldn’t show in the video because I shot it with my cell phone and it will only let me do 2 minutes. I know the quality isn’t as good as my other camera, but I can upload the video straight to Facebook and not have to go through the hassle of changing formats like on my regular video camera – it used to take me 2 hours to change formats to get videos up on YouTube! So until I get a flip camera, this is what I’m using.
Anyways, let me know if you know of any other cheap ways to build up your food storage!
