I have a category called “Cuckoo Bloggers” and I love to tell you about fun sites or videos I find.  I usually do this on Fridays but this week I’m doing it today for theDealyo.  They offer fashion offers and some things I don’t on my site, so I thought I’d introduce them to you.

So, what’s theDealyo?

theDealyo is updated daily to bring hot limited time specials, fresh buying tips and shopping strategies developed to save you time and money. theDealyo is bringing RAD (Really Awesome Deals) direct to you online and in-stores.   theDealyo hooks you up with insider deals, exclusive sales, hard-to-find rebates and the latest promotions on fashion, electronics, groceries, toiletries, travel and much more.

A few of the RAD deals we found: $40 Lowe’s Gift Card Giveaway, free Amazon on Demand credit ($6 value) and an $8.00 Money Maker at Rite Aid. So what are you waiting for? Check out theDealyo.

I spent 47.95 this week on groceries and this is what went to food storage!  Never before did I think it was possible to add to my food storage while lowering my budget.  Coupons have changed me…changed me deeply :)

Go here for a recipe using the beans, and here for one using peanut butter.  Anyone know a recipe using both? lol

Home Depot can be expensive.  Waiting on big sales there will save you enough money for a month’s worth of groceries.  I just subscribed to their new email alert, which they only send when they have special offers, clearance or promos. That way I can buy at the lowest point.  Or should I say I tell my husband he can go get that tool he has been eying.  Go here to sign up.

Total for this week: I paid $64.48 for $213.97 worth of groceries; I saved: $149.49 (70%!!!)

I am doing a new thing where at the end of the week I show all that I spent for the week. This way at the end of the month I can see how much money I am spending monthly.  I have  a family of 4, so anything under $100 per week for all food, drinks, eating out, toiletries, haircare products, diapers and baby formula is my goal. I have 2 kids in diapers, so this may sound ambitious but I accomplished it this week!

Here is my first weekly review:
