This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Bealls for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I loved when I lived in Florida I could go to Beall’s and combine one of their $10 off $50 in-store coupons with their killer sales and save a bundle.  Now that I’m not in Florida I can still save though with their online coupons, like right now they have the $10/$50 purchase coupon code right on their Bealls homepage.  Plus if you are going up to $50, you’ll get free shipping.  So it’s like shopping in-store (price wise) but I don’t have to leave the house!

They also have the “cool” brands like Hurley that kids want to wear. I like the  back-to-school top 10 must-haves section; tons of Hurley shirts that even my husband would want.

Back to school shopping is very easy for me for pencils, backpacks, pens and utensils because I just do the amazing pre-back-to-school sales at office supply stores.  But kids clothes is much more complicated.

My daughter goes to a special pre-school where they have a strict dress code, including no buttons on pants, so shopping isn’t always easy.  But the Bealls site has very cute no-button skirts and other uniforms that will work perfect for her!

Ask CCD Readers: Where do you do most your back to school shopping? Online or in-store?

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of UPromise. All opinions are 100% mine.

UPromise_Brand_160x600_static.jpg (3 documents)

Do you love entering sweepstakes? There’s so many out there, I only enter from legitimate companies I trust.  I’ve told you about UPromise before and how you can use their eCoupons to save up money for your children’s college.  Upromise has given $600 million away in college savings, so they are a huge, legit company and their new sweepstakes is easy to enter!

Go over to www.upromisetodream.com and click on the “share your dream” button. Then type up your dream for your child. What inspired the dream? How will you achieve it?   Focus on your own personal experiences.  You can even upload a photo.

Then you can have your friends vote for your dream by clicking the “like” button by September 28th.  The grand prize winner gets $10,000!  10 more winners will get $1,000. Read all the dream wall official rules

Here’s my dream, it’s pretty simple really.  I don’t care where she goes to college.  I don’t care what she majors in.  I just want her to choose something she loves and go for it. I want to be able to provide for her financially as much as possible, so she isn’t burdened with a lot of student debt.

I wish I would have choosen a major I loved, instead of feeling pressure to choose a major quickly and graduate.  I think I should have been a teacher, but I choose another major because BYU’s teacher program required a ton of science and oh boy do I hate science.

What is your dream for your child?

Checkout these coupon deals from an awesome email I got!

Germ blaster hand sanitzer $.97
Use the $1 off Germ-X AND All You August, exp. 8/26/11 (ALL YOU July ’11)
Final Price= $.03 moneymaker

White Cloud baby wipes $1.50 (found in health & beauty section)
$1/1 White Cloud Product , exp. 8/28/11 (ALL YOU July ’11)
Or use $1/1 White Cloud Bath Tissue or Paper Towel Product printable
Final Price=$.50

July All You had a coupon if you bought the August issue you could get $1.00 off Germ X….the coupon did not specify any size limit.

Since I just saw the August issue (on markdown for $1.88)  out I bought it and went to the travel section and found Germ X for $.97 so it ended up giving me a $.03 overage.  The Germ X container was different so be aware.  It came in a little bottle that said “germ blaster hand sanitzer” and came in different colors.  Upon closer inspection it does have the regular Germ X logo on it.  I picked the blue one that was called “Blastin’ Blueberry.”  They seem geared towards kids.

I thought it would be a great idea to put it in the kid’s backpacks for school.  That way they always have some available for before and after school activities.

ALSO for some readers who may have had this problem:

The June and July All You magazines had a coupon for $1 off any White Cloud product.  You listed it on the site and said Wal-Mart had the baby wipes for $1.50 allowing people to get them for $.50 a pack.  I searched the store several times and came to the conclusion that our Wal-Mart just didn’t carry them.  Well today I just happened to find them.  They aren’t in the regular baby section that I always buy my wipes.  They were in the health and beauty section of the store where they have a small section with some baby wipes. I don’t know if anyone else had this problem, but if they did this might help.  I never thought to look in health and beauty where they sell razors, toothbrushes and other personal care items.

Thanks Jen!

The following mail-in-rebates have been added to our Rebate Database!

When you spend $50 on select Olay products you can mail in a rebate for $20!  This offer was around last year and we all scored some cuckoo deals.  Since this is a  new offer, you can do it again!   Good on purchases made from 7/15/11 – 9/2/11.  Just keep those receipts and mail them in with the olay rebate form by 9/16/11.

Olay coupons will be in the 7/31 P&G Inserts so I might wait until then to use this great rebate, but I did update and put it in my rebate database!

Thanks, Maven of Savin
