It’s Baaack $10 off $50 Amex Gift Card or $10 off $50 Gas Card Publix

Publix will have $10 off $50 AMEX gift card. And they are offering $10 off $50 gas card with $25 grocery purchase.

Activation fee of $5 is only on the Amex, not on the gas card.  So you make $5.05 on Amex and $10 in free gas with the gas card.  We all need to save on gas (don’t forget my post on how to do just that!), so this is a great way to do it!

If you head on over to E-Mealz, you can see they are not your typical menu site. First, you select the store you shop at the most:

  • Aldi,
  • Kroger,
  • Publix
  • Walmart
  • Ralphs
  • Any store (less specific to the deals though!)

Then you choose between Family Meal Plans, Meal Plans for Two, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Portion Control, or Low Carb plans.

E-Mealz takes the ads each week (from the store you selected) and creates a a weekly menu plan for your family! I did the Walmart Family Meal Plan. You get 7 meals with sides, their instructions on how to make them, and a shopping list complete with what prices to expect to pay. Obviously they may differ slightly by region. On their site you can view a sample menu.

Pros: EASY! This will save you time on meal planning. It will save money on weeks you weren’t planning on coupon shopping.

Cons: It doesn’t seem to use coupon deals so you may pay more then if you regular coupon shopped.

Last time there was a coupon like this from Albertson’s, people were able to use it at Publix! Food Lion $3 off a $6 product purchase coupon. Exp. 4/19.   In order to be used at Walmart, it would have to have the price of the produce listed, from my understanding this can’t be used at walmart but correct me if I’m wrong.
