I found this rebate form at CVS this morning on a tearpad attached to the security scanners right when you walk in (the ones that beep if you walk out with merchandise that has a chip on it…I know, random). But, I’m glad I saw them because we haven’t seen a P&G rebate in a while. It’s another CoverGirl & Olay rebate, spend $20 and receive a $10.00 prepaid card! I looked online and didn’t see this form on their website, so it may only be in stores. Here’s what the form says:
