New to couponing: SS 8/30 means a coupon came from the Smart Source insert in the Sunday paper on 8/30. Inserts in the Sunday paper: SS= Smart Source, RP= Red Plum, PG= Proctor & Gamble. I have negotiated the lowest rates for multiple copies of Sunday-only newspapers in Utah here. You’ll cover the cost of the subscription in your first shopping trip of the month!
