There is a regional Smart Source that may have been in some of your newspapers today! It looks like the picture above! My small town local paper had this one and inside was a $2/1 Almay cosmetic coupon with NO SIZE RESTRICTIONS! My larger state paper had a different Smart Source insert that did not include this coupon. If you look at the coupon in the picture it does include the cleasing pads!!
