GIVEAWAY HAS ENDED – VIEW WINNERS INFO
Most people spend approximately one-third of their lives asleep on their pillow, however the new Total Pillow has uses for the two-thirds of time spent awake.
I received a Total Pillow to review and at first I didn’t like it because it was very stiff. But it seemed to become softer over time, so it ended up being okay. I also first tried sleeping with it on my bed instead of my old pillow. Bad idea! It is definitely not made for sleeping laying down. It is made for sleeping while sitting up, such as in a car or airplane. When I tried it this way, it acted more as a support system for my neck and made traveling better.
From Total Pillow’s site: Filled with microbeads and made out of a stretchy fabric with soft fleece on the front, it can be bent into different shapes, and it always retains its shapes. It doesn’t flatten up like most pillows filled with down or cushioning. Total Pillow can be used as a seat cushion, a neck rest, just as a pillow, a chair cushion, a head rest, as lumbar support, and as a floor pillow, etc.
I wouldn’t recommend using it as a floor pillow or lumbar support as it didn’t seem comfortable to me, but the other uses it lists it does work well for. It retails for $19.99- right now, if you buy, you get another one free, plus some extra compresses and compress covers thrown in, as well. I wouldn’t pay $19.99 for one of these, but if you throw in a free one it brings it down to $10 a piece, so that is more in the price range that I think these are worth.
My pillow has held up fine, but other bloggers are reporting their pillows getting rips, but that the company was quick to replace them. I just felt I should let you all know about that.
