My 4 year old daughter loves playing computer games, and the more fun and educational, the better. I try to limit her to one hour a day. Well here’s another fun site that is free to join called Kabongo and has no subscription fees.
In Kabango, kids are invited to customize their own character who explore Kabango’s wild habitats. In each habitat there are fun mini-games to play (developed by a cognitive psychologist) that will help to develop early reading skills such as comprehension and memory skills. Parents can track their child’s progress through the game with the Parent Dashboard. Kabango also suggests activities that you can do at home to further build their reading and critical thinking skills. Thanks, A Mom’s Impression
My daughter just started playing this and it looks pretty fun!
