I already have Toy Story 1, but not Toy Story 2, so I was looking for a coupon just for it!

Go to Disney Movie Rewards, login, enter code:
786936294507 for $10/1 Toys Story 1
and enter code 786936294521 for $10/1 Toys Story 2

Now you could buy just one or the other, or here’s a deal for both:

Toys R Us Deal Scenario:
Toy Story Blu-Ray/DVD combo pack $16.99
Toy Story 2 Blu-Ray/DVD combo pack $16.99
– two $10/1 coupons (see above)
Final Price= $13.98 + 2 FREE Movie Tickets valued at up to $8.50 each to see Toy Story 3!

I am sure more rebates will be coming around soon to go with this deal!

(Thanks, Couponing To Disney & Good Deal Mama!)

You may want to become a fan of Hot Wheels on Facebook. They just posted this:

“Hey, everyone – It was a huge week for Hot Wheels on Facebook! We’re pumped that you all decided to become fans and we’re working on a cool “thank you” for you all. Check back next week and thanks again.”

We’ll see what they give out next week!  My girls love playing with cars.

Thanks, Combat Clippers

UPDATE: No one guessed within $5, so here’s what I spent & saved:

spent: $83.80 (should have been $4 less but I miscalculated one of my buy 8 get $4 off and only bought 7!)
saved: $173.51

I went to Smiths and Rite Aid this morning.  Lookout for Spring Savings coupon booklets at Smith’s  – they had coupons for $1/1 Wheaties Fuel and $1/1 Chocolate Cheerios!

Whoever first guesses what I spent OOP (within $5) wins a coupon for free Orr-Wich Sandwich Thins + random coupons I send with it.

Whoever first guesses what I saved (within $5) wins a coupon for free Heluva Good Cheese or Dip+ random coupons I send with it.

I just wanted to let everyone know that at Rite Aid Huggies Mega Packs are still buy 1 get 1 half off, until tonight anyways, so with 2 $3/1 Huggies coupons from here, you get a great deal!  Also in your calculations keep in mind that I got I paid OOP $10 for a prescription, then got a $25 gift card which I used for the sweet Huggies deal and a few other things shown.

P.S. My husband is picky with his steaks and — groan— I had to pay full price.  Grilling season kills me; he won’t eat frozen meat either!  But without him this shopping trip wouldn’t have been possible – he watched our daughter the whole time so that I could concentrate. Not taking kids shopping is worth paying a little extra in steak it saves me so much headache!

If there are no winners by Monday morning I’ll just tell ya and hold on to the coupons for next time.

Limit one guess for saved and one for spent per person please.

I posted a giveaway previously of the Danny the Dragon Book with CD.  I just wanted to mention also that I received an accompanying DVD.  This is not a normal DVD.  It reads along with the book and shows the artwork from the book yes; but it has a feature that is truly unique. It has a lady off to the side of the screen signing (using sign language!) for the entire book as it is being read out loud.

If you have a child who is deaf, the chances of them getting left out of many children’s sound books and DVD’s is great. I think if either of my children were deaf I would love for them to have this special DVD that makes them feel like they are being read to.  Many parents of deaf children have a hard time learning to sign, and if more DVD’s like this were made, it would make learning to communicate with their kids much easier and enjoyable.

Kuddos to the author Tina Turbin for being an advocate for deaf children!  She is also an advocate for celiac disease; which is why I asked her about gluten-free recipes in her upcoming Danny the Dragon cookbook.

I recently interviewed Tina and asked her about some previous projects and upcoming ones:

DEIDRE: Will the Danny the Dragon cookbook be mostly gluten-free recipes? TINA: The first one will  most definitely be for gluten-free individuals but with activities for everyone. So far it uses items such as an Easy Bake Oven, now and then too.
DEIDRE: I think if I was a parent of a deaf child I would want all my children’s DVD’s to have sign language so they could feel less left out and enjoy it with other children.  Such a great idea!
TINA: Thank you Deidre….:)
DEIDRE: Are you making all of the Danny the Dragon books available on DVD with sign language for deaf children?  TINA: At this point we have not decided. We will need to see after the release of this first one, April 15th.
DEIDRE: Does this increase the ease of teaching deaf children to read, having the words signed along side the book? TINA: Yes, and it also helps the child to be included in “being read to” with a picture book to look at next to the signing, and makes reading fun. When a child attributes FUN to something they are more inclined to do it more- hence learn to read.

DEIDRE: I am so glad I was able to review the DVD and books with my children, thank you so much!

TINA: You are very welcome and thank you for all you are doing too.

On Saturday, March 20,at Toys R Us and Babies R Us, receive a FREE $20 gift card with your purchase of TWO value boxes of Pampers Diapers with Dry Max (92-252 ct.).  Make sure to use your $2/1 any pampers coupon that came in the Sunday inserts this week on both, saving another $4 total!  No coupon is required to get the gift card.

I don’t know the regular price on these so it’s hard to determine whether this deal is cuckoo or not.

I decided not to post this coupon, because it SCREAMED fraudulent.  The URL says “NYC” in it, making me think it was only intended for people in NYC.  But it says “Valid at all Kmart locations” on the bottom, and is hosted on Kmart.com’s site.

I do NOT post PDF coupons on my site that aren’t hosted by the company the coupon is for (aka URL should be Kmart.com, not jowerwe23.com for a Kmart coupon).  Because those coupons could be fraudulent and you could go to jail for transferring/using them.  Read more about the hundreds of fraudulent coupons that are ruining it for all couponers at The Coupon Information Corporation’s website. The CIC posts fraudulent coupons and up to $2,500 rewards if you can help discover who created them.  It costs stores lots of money to accept coupons, only to not have them redeemed by manufacturer’s because it is a fake.  I don’t want any part in fraudulent couponing – I don’t want stores to stop accepting legit internet printable coupons because they are scared it might be fake!
