Select which state you would like to travel to, and receive a free travel guide via mail or download here.  This year our focus is on getting grass in our yard.  We only have dirt now.  So traveling won’t be happening.  What about you?

Go to bankofamerica.com/promos open a new account and get $100. This offer is available only to new customers who open a qualifying personal checking account with a minimum balance of $500. The new checking account must be open for at least 30 days.   You must make a minimum of one transaction with the newly assigned check card. Thanks, Whosaidnothinginlifeisfree.com

Chase also often does this deal but you only have to have $100 to open the new account; infact I did it last month. I got a letter in my mail. I took it in, opened a new account with $100 of new money (money not in my other Chase account).  Then in 7 days they added another $100 to my account. I just have to keep that account active for 6 months and I get no penalties once I close it.  I love free money!  If you want to try this, call your local branch to see if they are participating.

I was just at Toys R Us today and look how many Zhu Zhu pets they had!

Zhu Zhu Pet $10
– $5 Gift Card (remember the “become a fan on Facebook for $5?)
= $5

I just got my email from Toys R Us for $5 off any purchase- so check your junk email if you haven’t got yours yet!  Also I got a $5 off any $25 purchase in the mail from them last week, so check your junk mail pile 🙂  I combined the two to get $10 off my $25 purchase this morning.

Side note: Walgreens also had Zhu Zhu pets when I was there this morning. If you have RR’s expiring soon, and you don’t need anything else use them on these and save them for birthday presents! My daughter’s birthday party is in 2 weeks so that is what I am did.

Earlier I posted about the Luvs Diapers for only $3.70 a pack at Diapers.com.  Now here’s a deal for cloth diapering parents.

Here’s how to get 3 bumGenius Diapers for only $9.67 each (regular price $17.95)

  • Go to Diapers.com for a new account (this deal will only work for a new account)
  • Add (3) bumGenius one-size cloth diapers to your cart.  I love the colors!
  • Shipping is free for orders over $49 and no tax in most states!
  • Use promo code “AFF10” to get $10 off your order.
  • You’ll pay $43.85 out of pocket.
  • Next go here, print, and submit the mail-in-rebate to get $14.97 back!

After rebate you’ll only pay $28.88 for 3 bumGenius diapers!  This is an amazing deal on these diapers.

bumGenius diapers are one-sized which means that you’ll be able to use them as your child grows.  They come with a newborn insert and one size insert.  Look at the stellar ratings!

If you’re not a cloth diaperer, but you’re thinking about it, well these would be a wonderful diaper to start with.  Two words if you’re venturing into the world of cloth diapers, diaper sprayer!  An essential in my book.

Note about the rebate: “If you prefer a full rebate of $14.97 instead of the magazine subscription, please print and fill out this form and attach proof-of-payment of your Diapers.com qualifying purchase(s) and mail both pieces to the above address.”

(Thanks, Give Me Neither!)

  • Add a filler to bring the total over $49 so you’ll be able to get free shipping (Pampers Travel Wipes $1.99)
  • Use promo code “AFF10!” or “AFF10” at checkout to get $10 off your order.
  • You’ll pay $40.92 out of pocket.
  • Next, go here, print, and submit the mail-in-rebate to get $14.97 back!

After the rebate, you’ll only pay $25.95 for 7 packs of Luvs and wipes!

Update: I got my card in the mail today! I went to Emergency Essentials in Provo and got two #10 cans of Egg Bowtie Noodles for $4.99 each; after my free $10 gift card  I paid $0.28 OOP!  Read below on how you can get your free $10 gift card too!

Here is what I did to get my free $10 gift card (which can be used online if you don’t live near an Emergency Essentials):

Gift Card Giveaway

Simply try Emergency Essentials free Food Storage Analyzer™ tool and write a quick review of it on your blog to receive a free $10 gift card from Emergency Essentials. Everyone gets their free $10 gift card good for their canned food items, which can be bought online or at one of their in-store locations!

You will receive a free $10 Emergency Essentials® gift card by doing the following:

  1. Go to the Food Storage Analyzer™ and create a free account – Click here to go to the Analyzer.
  2. Try out the Food Storage Analyzer™ – Click here for Analyzer instructions.
  3. Write a review of the Analyzer and post it on your blog and
  4. Important: Copy and paste the code in the box here (under step 5) to the bottom of your review post – this will add the red button to  the bottom of your post.
  5. Send an email to blog@beprepared.com with a link to your blog post. Put ‘Blog Post Giveaway’ in the subject line of the email so that we can verify your post and the button. Be sure to include your address so we can mail your gift card.

I love this analyzer. Like most mormons I am trying to get a one year food storage in case of job lose, famine or natural disasters.  I am a shy of my goal though; I used the analyzer and found that my current food storage is 130 days for my family of 4 people.  At least I know where I am at now.  What’s your food storage goal?  And what are you getting with your free $10 gift card?  I’ll let you know once I get my gift card what I get!

G2 Gatorade (these will work towards the $10 RR, but not the $7.50 Coors Mail In Rebate)
$1/2 RP 1/10/10

Pepsi had $.55/2 coupons hanging on them in-store

Tostito’s and Salsa coupon:
$.55/2  SS 1/17/10

Items That Don’t Qualify for $7.50 Coors Mail In Rebate:
Lay’s
Dorito’s
Gatorade (it is non-carbonated – only carbonated Pepsi drinks qualify)

Items That Qualify for $7.50 Coors Mail In Rebate:
Tostito’s Chips
Tostito’s Salsa
Pepsi
Mountain Dew

Someone at the store didn’t know if the G2 Gatorade’s were on the Walgreen’s promo, but my $10 RR printed automatically so they must be!

I spent $17.09 for everything pictured above, and got my $10 Register Rewards. You can use multiple receipts for the Coors Rebate and I recently bought tons of plastic cups and paper plates, so I will use that receipt plus the one from the trip above to do the Coors Rebate and get $7.50 back.

$17.09 -$10 RR – $7.50 + price of stamp for MIR = just about break even!

At Restaurant.com take 80% off purchases when you use new coupon code “INDULGE” at checkout, and pay only $2 thru 01/19/10.  Go here to view all the available local & chain restaurants in your area. 80% off valid on:

  • $25 Gift Certificates (don’t expire for 1 year!)
  • Dinner of the Month Club (a 12 month package that comes with 12 $25 gift certificates and one FREE $50 gift certificate! The total for this package would be $120, but after you type in promo code INDULGE—your total will drop down to just $24! Wahoo! That means you’re snagging $350 worth of dining certificates for ONLY $24!)
  • $25 Gift Cards (don’t expire for 1 year!).

For those of you who have never purchased a gift certificate from there, it prints off your computer so you get it immediately (great for right before heading off to eat).  If you are giving it as a gift, I would choose the gift card option because it arrives in the mail and looks nicer for a gift.
