  • How would the Tresemme deal work? The coupons are Limit 2 per shopping trip, but you have to buy 3 to get the $10 price right? How would you experienced ladies work this?

Can anyone explain how you can figure out what the limit of RR that will print for an item triggering them? Do we have to wait until the deal is live and wait for someone to be the test subject and find out?

    • Elizarae

RRs are not like ECBs where there is a limit per card. It is just one RR per deal per transaction. You can do as many transactions as your store allows.

Thanks, 1 more question. Do the RR combine like ecb. For example if I buy the chloraseptic and listerine will I get an $8 RR or 2 $4 RR.

        • Elizarae

ECBs do not combine for separate deals. They only combine if you do multiples of the same deal in the same transaction. Since you can only get one RR per deal per transaction, they will not combine.

ECBs do not combine for separate deals. They only combine for the same deal (e.g. Buy 1 get $2 ECB and you buy 2 you will get $4 ECB, but if you do a totally different deal in the same transaction you will get a separate ECB). RRs do not combine because you can only do the deal once per transaction to get the RR.

You can actually get TWO of the 16 oz Listerine Whitening Rinses for free, even if the $2 RR doesn’t print twice, because the catalina gives you $2 for one bottle and $4 for two bottles. If the RR prints on the second bottle, then it becomes a money-maker. Buy 2 for $8, use 2 $2 off coupons, out of pocket is $4 and you get a $4 catalina back.

The $2/1 Q states “Limit one coupon per person

Just wanted to give u all a heads up that you can get Nasal Ease for free after a rebate(up to $12.99) found on the Nasal Ease website valid from 2/2/13-2/16/13. My store had it for $12.49 and there is a $6/1 Nasal Ease MQ on The rebate states valid only at Walgreens.

My store activates their Sunday sales early. I tried to buy the warming chloraseptic spray with the Walgreens coupon but it wouldn’t work. The manager tried ringing up the coupon with the regular chloraseptic (the one in the red bottle and is bigger than 6oz) and the coupon worked. So she stated that she wouldn’t push the coupon through for the warming spray because it works on the regular spray. She stated that she was not going to pay me to walk out of the store with the product. I decided not to get the spray. So good luck to anyone else trying to score this deal.

    • I will update the post to say not to do that deal, thanks for the heads up!
